In recognition of its highly effective user support record, PSC has been tasked with coordinating user support for the entire TeraGrid. The PSC team is introducing the productivity tools suite developed by the project to user support teams at all nine TeraGrid resource provider sites and is leveraging the TeraGrid’s EOT program to deliver talks, tutorials, and MSI activities.
