The International Conference on Supercomputing (ICS) is the premier international forum for the presentation of research results in high-performance computing systems. This year the conference will be held at the San Servolo Conference Center. The Center is located in the island of San Servolo close to Venice in Italy.
The technical program, workshops and tutorials will cover a broad range of research, development, and application of high-performance experimental and commercial systems, including:
- Computationally challenging scientific and commercial applications
- Architecture and hardware aspects: high-performance and power-aware microarchitectures, multithreading
- High-performance computational and programming models
- Hardware and software aspects of computational accelerators
- Novel infrastructures for Internet, Grid and Cloud computing
- Performance evaluation studies and theoretical underpinnings
- Large scale installations in the Petaflop era
