Conference attendees from outside the United States are urged to begin their visa application early. The waiting time can be long and varies from country to country. Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the . Cancellations will be accepted until September 14, 2014 with a refund of all prepaid fees, except for a 30% administration charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
